Where is our data hosted and how is it secured?
On Microsoft Azure in the Malaysia region, in an environment provisioned for your business alone. Sign-in uses single sign-on with multi-factor authentication, all traffic is encrypted, data is encrypted at rest, and the database is not reachable from the public internet. Records are retained for seven years, aligned to common Malaysian tax and audit requirements, and we operate with Malaysia's PDPA in mind.
